Background

Incheon LNG Terminal is an LNG import terminal in Seoul Capital Area, South Korea. It has a nameplate capacity of 38 mtpa. Incheon first started operations in October 1996. It is owned and operated by KOGAS, which owns the entire transmission network and has a monopoly on wholesale gas sales in South Korea.[1][2][3]
