International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia
Writing in 2011, Edward Herman reviewed Germinal Civikov's book Srebrenica: The Star Witness (Srebrenica Historical Project, 2010) - a book that was translated from German by John Laughland - and noted that it "is a devastating indictment of the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY, or Tribunal), showing clearly that the ICTY 'does not behave according to the traditions of the rule of law.'"
