The Inyanda coal mine is an open cut mine in the Limpopo province in South Africa. The mines produced a little over 1.7 million tonnes of steam coal in 2009, of which 93% was exported. The mine is owned by Exxaro Coal, a subsidiary of the South African-based mining company, Exxaro Resources.[1]
