The pipeline runs from Konosu-shi in the Saitama prefecture to Ome-shi, in the Tokyo prefecture.[2][3]

Background
The pipeline was originally built an operated by Teikoku Oil, and is now owned by INPEX.[1] Its diameter is 300 mm.[4]
