Irwin Miller, Ph.D. (Statistician, Arthur D. Little, Industry Expert): Expert on General Causation and Statistical Analysis; gave a 362 page deposition 9/26/87 for the Cipollone v. Liggett, et al case. (PMI's Revised Initial Disclosure, June 27, 1996). Miller started working with A.D. Little & Co. in 1965, mentioned in Thayer opinion, 1.2 TPLR 2.65 (W.D. Mich. 1970).
