J. C. Blucher Ehringhaus (Tobacco Institute Senior Vice President): J. C. B. Ehringhaus, Jr. served as Vice President for the Tobacco Institute, Inc. in 1972 and 1/25/73. J.C. Blucher Ehringhaus Jr. is the former General Counsel for the Tobacco Institute. (PMI's Introduction to Privilege Log and Glossary of Names, Estate of Burl Butler v.
