James E. Boland, Jr., also known as "Jim Boland" was a Division Manager for the Lorillard Tobacco Company c. 1990.[1]
He worked for Philip Morris Corporate Affairs Department and served as Director of Philip Morris Washington Relations Office (PM's lobbying office) circa 1993-1995. In February 1996, Jim Boland was apparently dismissed from PM by Howard S. Liebengood. Reasons for his dismissal are unknown.[2]
Biography
Mr. Boland received his Bachelor of Arts (1971)and his Juris Doctorate (1974) degrees from the University of Notre Dame. He earned his Master in Business Administration at Tulane University in 1980. He is a member of the District of Columbia Bar, the Maryland State and American Bar Associations.[3]
In 2007 Jim Boland was a pricipal in the PR firm Sundquist Anthony LLC
