Biographical Information
"Mr. Muschalik is the Chairman and Managing Director of ExxonMobil Energy Limited, an ExxonMobil affiliate based in Hong Kong. He also serves as the Chairman of Castle Peak Power Company Limited and Hong Kong Pumped Storage Development Company, Limited, both are joint ventures with CLP Power Hong Kong Limited of which he is also a Director.
"Before coming to Hong Kong in November 2011, Mr. Muschalik was based in Houston, Texas, as the Manager of Global Business & Project Development in ExxonMobil Gas & Power Marketing’s Commercial Resources group. Mr. Muschalik began his career at Exxon Company, USA in 1985 and held a variety of positions in ExxonMobil's Downstream Businesses. Mr. Muschalik became Manager of LNG Sales for ExxonMobil Qatar Inc. in 2004, and later became the New Business Development Manager for ExxonMobil Qatar Inc. From 2008-2010, he served as Manager, Americas Gas Marketing, where he was responsible for all natural gas, CO2 and Helium marketing in North and South America for ExxonMobil Gas and Power Marketing Company.
"Mr. Muschalik graduated from Texas A&M University in 1984 with a degree in Civil Engineering. He later received his Master of Management from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University in 1991. "[1]
