Biographical Information

Ms. Boyle is the CEO of Satori Resources Inc. (TSXV:BUD) a spinco created from the acquisition of St. Eugene. Ms. Boyle continues her role as President of CapEx Group Inc., a private company providing corporate finance consulting services as it relates to the organization or re-organization of junior resource issuers. In the past, Ms. Boyle has been a Co-Founding director and former Executive VP & CFO of Canadian Royalties (TSX:CZZ), Co-Founder and former Executive VP Golden Valley Mines (TSX-V: GZZ). " [1]
