The Jiri coal mine in the Czech Republic, which is operated by the coal mining company Sokolovska uhelna a.s. is projected to operate until approximately 2027. The combined output of the Jiri mine and the Druzba coal mine is approximately 9.7 million tonnes a year.[1]
