Biographical Information

"Joan is a free-lance journalist and former Features Editor of the Leicester Mercury. She has been a Relate counsellor and a Trustee of the Laura Centre. Having spent all her working life in the city and county, she is aware of the needs which exist in the local community and the importance of the Foundation’s role in helping to meet those needs."
