Biographical Information
"John Griffith-Jones holds an Honors degree in Economics from Cambridge University, is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a Member of the Securities Institute.
"John spent eleven years in Audit in London including a year in Professional Practice. Fifteen years in Corporate Finance, joining at its birth in 1986; making Partner in 1987 before running the function in the UK and chairing the European network. He spent four years as CEO of the UK firm, and Chairman and Senior Partner of the UK firm from 1st October 2006. Subsequently, John became Joint Chairman of KPMG Europe from 1st October 2007. He has been the EMA Chairman from 1 October 2008... He is a Member of the governing body of SOAS (School of Oriental and African Studies), Member of the Advisory Board of Cambridge Judge Business School, Member of the President’s Committee of the Confederation of British Industry and Chairman of the Every Child a Chance Trust."[1]
