John J. Boltz (JBoltzCons@aol.com) was formerly a Philip Morris Media Affairs Regional Manager in New York who left PM and began working for them as a media consultant. He performed surveillance on health groups for Philip Morris and subscribed to tobacco control list-serves and forwarded the information to Melissa Hough at PM.[1] [2][3] (PMI's Introduction to Privilege Log and Glossary of Names, Estate of Burl Butler v.
