John Mulderig in 1995 was appointed Senior Assistant General Counsel for Philip Morris Management Corporation (PMMC), which renders legal services to Philip Morris, Inc. [1]
Mulderig reported to Mr. Charles R. Wall, Senior Vice President, Litigation, and coordinated litigation activities. Prior to joining PM, Mulderig was a partner in the law firm of Brown and Connery. [2] [1]
In 1999, Mulderig wrote an insightful 14-page article titled, "The Attack on Advice -- The Corporate Perspective," on the erosion of attorney-client privilege and attorney work product protection for documents in court cases, and what it means to attorneys and their corporate clients: http://legacy.library.ucsf.edu/tid/mfm56c00 <tdo>resource_id=13315 resource_code=mulderig_john
