Biographical Information

"Jonathan joins the Group Board as a non-executive director from December 2010. Jonathan is a Managing Director of Rothschild, one of the world’s leading privately-owned investment banks.

"Prior to Rothschild, Jonathan held directorships at both SBC Warburg and Enskilda Securities – the London investment bank of Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken. With over 35 years of investment banking experience, with a primary focus on the media and communications industry, Jonathan will be a valuable addition to our business and its Board. As well as the Affinity Sutton Group Board, Jonathan is Chairman of the Global Media Group at Rothschild."
