Keith Lockitch is a resident fellow focusing on science and environmentalism at the Ayn Rand Center for Individual Rights. He holds a PhD in theoretical physics from the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee. [1] He will speak, as a climate change skeptic, at the International Conference on Climate Change (2009) from March 8-10 in New York City.
