Biographical Information
Ken Hydon was appointed a Non-executive Director of Tesco "on 23 February 2004 and is Chairman of the Audit Committee. He retired from the position of Finance Director of Vodafone Group Plc in 2005. He is also a Non-executive Director of Reckitt Benckiser plc and Pearson plc, and was a Non-executive Director at The Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust from 2005 until 2012." [1]
