Ties to the American Legislative Exchange Council
Parde is on the Civil Justice Task Force Executive Committee of ALEC, as of July 2011. In August 2011, she was given ALEC's 2011 Private Sector Member of the Year Award.[2] She previously managed ALEC's "Disorder in the Court" Project. She has also worked for the Institute for Justice."[3]
