Biography
Mr. Long worked for Philip Morris, Inc. He was present at a meeting with Dr. W.L. Dunn, Frank Lowman, and Barbara Forrest regarding the manufacturer of the following three cigarettes for the SEX-2 Project: (1) Control cigarette (production Marlboro)-20 mg. FTC; 120,000 needed; (2) Low delivery cigarette (Marlboro) type-14-15 mg. FTC; 120,000 needed; and (3) High delivery cigarette (Marlboro) type-25-26 mg. FTC; 120,000 needed. (UCSF000105)
