Lee N. Gerovitz who, along with Steve Cassarino, comprise The Clever Cleaver Brothers. Their website decribes them as professional chefs "who have turned their love for food and laughter into a unique career as media personalities, cookbook authors, [and] magazine columnists." [1]

Before forming The Clever Cleaver Brothers with Steve, "Lee pursued a corporate culinary career as a chef at Nashville’s Opryland Hotel, an instructor for the National Restaurant Association and menu development manager for Jack-In-The-Box." [2]
