Louisiana LNG Terminal is a proposed LNG terminal in Louisiana, United States.[1] Parallax Energy acquired Louisiana LNG Energy LLC while it was in the pre-filing environmental review stage before Federal Energy and Regulatory Commission filing. [2] Though presumed to still be "proposed", the status of the project post-acquisition is unclear.

There have been no updates in over four years and the project is presumed to be cancelled.
