Mark Serrano
Mark Serrano is the founder and president of the Virginia-based public relations firm ProActive Communications. [1] The Hill described him as "a former staff member of Republican Party presidential campaigns and national conventions from 1987 to 1996." [2] He's also on the national Board of Directors of SNAP, the Survivors Network of those Abused by Priests, and serves as its Mid-Atlantic Director. [3]
Serrano has worked on "presidential campaigns, public policy issues campaigns, international public affairs and other public relations programs," says his bio on the firm's website. "In addition to his leadership role at ProActive Communications, Mark Serrano has served since 2003 as the president of a trade association dedicated to promoting solutions for the looming energy crisis and anticipated shortfall in electricity supply in New York," the New York Affordable Reliable Electricity Alliance.
