{{#badges: Climate change}} Marlo Lewis is a senior fellow at the Competitive Enterprise Institute, a conservative think tank that opposes climate change regulation. He holds a Ph.D. in Government from Harvard University and a B.A. in Political Science from Claremont McKenna College. Lewis was also Staff Director of the House Government Reform Subcommittee on National Economic Growth, Natural Resources, and Regulatory Affairs for the 106th Congress. [1]
