Matt Armstrong, who runs the MountainRunner Blog, is a "graduate student at the University of Southern California". In December 2007, Armstrong will complete a Master's of Public Diplomacy. Previously he had "a career in technology that included coding, consulting, and architecting hardware and software solutions for knowledge management systems."[1]
Armstrong has participated since July 2007 in the U.S. Department of Defense's Bloggers' Roundtable.
