Background

Enterprise Products Partners began operations[2] of a 24-inch, 416-mile pipeline from Midland, Texas, to Sealy, Texas. The proposal was announced in April 2015 with a capacity of 300,000 bpd. Capacity has since been expanded to 450,000 bpd. It connects with the South Texas Crude Oil Pipeline System (Enterprise) in Sealey to deliver into the Enterprise Crude Houston Oil (ECHO) Pipeline.[1]
