Mitchell E. Markel is the founder of Global Insights & Strategies, LLC, an opinion polling company.
Until early 2007 Markel was vice-president at the opinion polling company, Penn, Schoen & Berland. [1] On December 21 2006, Markel registered the domain name for Global Insights & Strategies. [2]
