Background
The pipeline is operated by GTCL, a subsidiary of Petrobangla.[2] The pipeline was scheduled to be completed in December 2018.[3] In May 2019 it was reported that the pipeline would be completed in June 2019 however as of December 2019 it is not clear if this actually happened.[4]
