Neil Record is a businessman, he serves as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Record Currency Management Limited. He was educated at Balliol College, Oxford, and University College London. He has formerly worked for the bank of England and Mars. In September 2014 he was outed as a secret donor to the Global Warming Policy Foundation [1] He is also a donor and a trustee of the Institute of Economic Affairs.
