Background
In February 2018 Sumitomo announced that it would build a terminal in Niihama with a 230,000 cubic meter storage tank.[1] Sumitomo will work with Shikoku Electric Power, Shikoku Gas and Tokyo Gas Engineering Solutions in the development of the project.[1]
