Background
The Novopskov Shebelinka Pipeline is a part of the main gas transmission system in the Ukraine. The net book value of the pipeline is $34 million USD. Its got a diameter of 1.2 meters, 2 associated compressor stations, and a working pressure of 5.5 MPa.[1]
