Olkiluoto-3 is a nuclear power station currently under construction on Finland's Baltic coast. It is the first nuclear power station to be constructed in Western Europe since the April 1986 Chernobyl disaster.

In September 2007, Bloomberg News reported that the project is "more than 25 percent over its budget of €3 billion, or $4.1 billion." [1]
