The Particulate Matter Coalition is described in the 2005 annual report of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce as being "made up of industries concerned with EPA’s continued revision of the particulate matter air quality standards. The U.S. Chamber is a member of the steering committee and plays a lead role in managing the coalition’s activities."[1]
