Dr. Paul M. Fischer is board certified in Family Practice. He has authored or participated in significant research on issues relevant to this case: public health, adolescent cigarette use, cigarette marketing, and children and adolescents' response to cigarette advertising and marketing. (State of Florida's Proposed Plaintiff's Disclosure of Expert Witnesses, 2/5/97) His other areas of expertise include his clinical observations about the adverse effects of tobacco in his family practice and cigarette brand logo recognition by children.
