Background

Pengerang Johur LNG Terminal is a proposed LNG terminal in Johor, Malaysia. It is planned for 2019. The LNG Terminal is being developed with deepwater jetty facility, thus it will also be capable of handling very large crude carriers. Upon completion, the Pengerang terminal will be able to handle the bulk breaking and bulk-building activities for crude oil, petroleum products and LNG.

The terminal entered commercial operations in November 2017.
