Philip D. Moeller

Philip D. Moeller, of Washington, was nominated March 7, 2006, by President George W. Bush to be a Member of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission for the term expiring June 30, 2010, vice Patrick Henry Wood III, who resigned. Moeller himself resigned Oct. 2015. [1]. He is now senior vice president of energy lobby Edison Electric Institute.[2]

Earlier in his career, he served as Senior Legislative Assistant for Electricity Policy for Senator Slade Gorton. Mr. Moeller received his bachelor's degree from Stanford University." [1]
