Potomac-Hudson Engineering (PHE) describes itself as a "environmental, planning & technology consultants". On its website PHE states that it provides "forward-thinking and practical solutions to environmental, management, and information technology challenges for both government and private clients."[1]

PHE & Carbon Capture and Storage

On its website, PHE boasts that it did the Environmental Impact Statement for the FutureGen project, a CCS reference document for the National Energy Technology Laboratory, having "supported" a seminar promoting a CCS project in the Northeast US and worked with the World Resources Institute on a project promoting CCS.[2]
