Power projects
A subsidiary of the PFC, Coastal Tamil Nadu Power Limited (CTNPL), is the special purpose company created to develop the 4000 megawatt Cheyyur Ultra Mega Power Project located at Cheyyur in Kanchipuram district of Tamil Nadu. A CTNPL document states that it is carrying out preliminary work up to the selection of a developer for the project.[2]
