Power for All by 2012 is a plan by the Ministry of Power in India to promote the supply of an additional 100,000 megawatts in electrical capacity by 2012.

The Ministry stated that the key objectives in the plan included providing sufficient capacity "to achieve GDP growth rate of 8%", "optimum power cost", "commercial viability of power industry" and "power for all".[1]
