Background

The RIO Pipeline consists of 110 miles of 12-inch pipeline bridging the Delaware and Midland basins of the Permian Basin in Texas. It runs from the RIO State Line Terminal in Loving County, Texas to Rangeland’s Geneva and Zurich terminals in Midland, Texas. The RIO Pipeline can transport a maximum of 145 Mbpd. It was commissioned in 2016.
