Biography
Richard Meisch was Chairman of the FDA Drug Advisory Committee in 1994. (V. DeNoble 8/2//94). He taught at the University of Texas in 1994/ (V. DeNoble 8/2/94). Meisch was Victor DeNoble's post-doctoral advisor at the University of Minnesota (V. DeNoble 8/5/94). FDA Drug Advisory Committee held hearings on 8/1/94 regarding nicotine nasal spray and on 8/2/94 and also regarding nicotine doses (V. DeNoble 8/2//94).
