Richard W. Rosen is a Republican member of the State Senate in Maine, representing the 31st District. He is the current Senate Chairman of the Appropriations and Financial Affairs Committee and is on the Transportation Committee.[1]

Rosen is the Maine State Chairman of the American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC), as of 2011.[2]

About ALEC
