The Ryan MacKinnon firm will focus on legislative and lobbying work, and Utrecht & Phillips will specialize in campaign finance law as well as lobbying."[1]

Working for Dominion
In 2008 Ryan, Phillips, Utrecht & MacKinnon received $120,000 in fees from the major U.S. power utility Dominion for work on climate change issues.[2] The registered lobbyists were Thomas Ryan, Matthew Berzok, Jeff MacKinnon, Joe Vasapoli,George O'Connor,Bill Phillips, Doug Nappi and Rodney Hoppe.
