Simon Nayyar was the Managing Director of Citigate Public Affairs until late December 2005 when resigned to become vice-chairman of UK public affairs at Edelman. Nayyar had worked for Citigate for sixteen years. [1]
Following his move PR Week wrote that "a dedicated Conservative, Nayyar led Citigate's competition and regulation practice groups and advised the boards of Compass, Lloyds TSB and Group 4 Securicor." [2]
