Biographical Information
"Steve is currently Chief Sustainability Officer at IKEA. Previously he served as CEO of The Climate Group, an independent non-profit organization, working with governments and an influential coalition of CEOs to cut global emissions and build a low-carbon economy. Prior to The Climate Group, Steve spent 15 years advising major corporations, NGOs and United Nations bodies on the environment as a partner at Environmental Resource Management. Previously, he was the founding Director of the Global Forest and Trade Network for World Wildlife Fund International. Steve has degrees in ecology and Environmental Physics (Ph.D.) and was named as one of Britain's top environmentalists by The Independent on Sunday in 2008. " [1]
