Steven Macmillan
Steven Macmillan was a senior consultant for ITS Global until approximately early 2007.[1]
A biographical note states that he "is an expert in research and analysis of trade barriers, market access to agricultural markets, foreign investment and technology transfer. He has extensive experience analysing policy efforts designed to combat climate change and their impact on business. He has worked in China and with the Australian Chamber of Commerce in Bangkok. He has an Honours degree in Arts (French and Chinese studies) from the University of Melbourne and a Masters Degree of Contemporary Asian Analysis, also from the University of Melbourne, focusing on Asian politics and business structures. He is currently completing a Post-Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment at the Financial Services Institute of Australia." [1]
