Suralaya coal terminal is a coal-loading facility located on the north coast of Java island, about 80km to the west of Jakatra, Indonesia.

Background
The terminal has a capacity of 28,000 to 35,000 tonnes per day,[1] and 3.75 million tonnes a year. It is owned by the State Power Company of Indonesia (PT PLN Persero).[2]
The terminal receives coal from Bukit Asam Coal Mining Company operations in South Sumatra for use at the 4,025 MW coal-fired Banten Suralaya power station.[3]
