Tornio Manga LNG Terminal is a liquefied natural gas (LNG) regasification terminal currently under construction in Lapland, extremely close to the Swedish border. The project is being built by Manga Terminal Oy, a joint venture of Outokumpu Group (45%), Svenskt Stål AB (SSAB) (25%), Skangas (25%), and EPV Energy (5%). The construction contract was signed with Finnish firm Wärtsilä in December 2013.
