Power projects

UM is proposing to build the Auraiya Unitech power station, a 250 megawatt coal-fired power station. In December 2010 UM signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Limited (UPPCL) to build the power station in Auraiya district.[2]
