Background
Vladivostok LNG Terminal is a proposed LNG terminal in Primorye, Russia.[1]
Global Risk Insights reported in October of 2017 that the project is delayed until 2020 due to a lack of funding and low fuel prices.[2]
In July 2018 Gazprom stated that it remains committed to the project and planned on eventually extracting 23.7 cubic billion meters per year from the Shtokman field.[3]
