Biography
William F. Dwyer served as Vice President for the Tobacco Institute, Inc. 12/8/77 and 12/14/78. (UCSF Brown & Williamson, 1012.01) Dwyer denied on television the conclusions of the overwhelming scientific evidence by 1982 that cigarettes cause heart disease and lung cancer.
